OneOffice 3000 was designed from the outset for multi-user operation on moderately powered systems. Our typical customer has some 6 – 12 users all of whom can operate at very acceptable speeds. It can operate on either a Microsoft SQL or Pervasive SQL database.
Batch and serial number traceability
Products for which you require serial or batch numbers are flagged, and on receiving stock batch or serial numbers (or both) are generated or entered and will follow the stock through its life cycle.
Product pricing flexibility
Almost unlimited pricing options. Customer specific pricing, multiple price lists, multi-level discounts, quantity discounts, cost plus, foreign currency prices (and descriptions), and so on. On purchases too.
Accounting period flexibility
Accounting periods can be half yearly, quarterly, monthly, or even weekly; you define your own calendar. The sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers can have different periods open at the same time, and you can have periods open in the nominal ledger in more than one financial year.
Multiple Sales Order Types
OneOffice 3000 provides the ability to enter ordinary sales orders, repeating orders, call-off orders, scheduled orders, or back to back orders.
Multi-level Nominal Ledger Analysis
Allows an (effectively) unlimited number of companies and departments, and account sub analysis.
Many Stock and Product options
Allows multiple units of measure (e.g. unit, carton, pallet), volume or weight. Unlimited product description. Stock can be held at multiple locations and multiple bins within location.
Full Foreign Currency Handling
Fully multi-currency. Sales and purchases can be in any currency. Currencies can be mixed on sales and purchase ledger accounts (e.g. invoiced in GBP, pays in Euro). Nominal ledger handles mixed currencies on any account.
Full Audit Trails
Provides full traceability for your accountant and statutory purposes (and your own).
Full history available (sales, purchase and nominal ledger) on-line for as long as required (dependent on available disk storage).
File and Record Locking
Being designed from the outset for multi-user operation OneOffice 3000 operates file and record locking relevant to this use, meaning that files are not locked (excluding other users) unnecessarily, but that records are locked correctly to avoid data corruption.
OneOffice 3000 provides for full stock cost accounting, so cost of sales is posted automatically on sales invoices being produced, and on goods receipt the cost of goods is brought in to the balance sheet pending receipt of the purchase invoice.
